Car being clamped

Should this be a day to remember??

Went to my company's condo to settle something this morning, parked my car somewhere near our unit, which is also a place 'recommended' by the agent, and guess what? When I came out from the unit and heading to my car... I saw my car... had been CLAMPED.. Oouch!!

This is the first time I faced this kind of problem.. I was shocked to see that.. Ok, I have to admit that I'm not right for parked my car at the unauthorised parking space... 'Thanks' to the agent too for contributing me the idea... And this is the first time I experienced the kind of feelings like, 'giu tin bet ying, giu dei bet ling', which means, helpless... erm... worse than helpless... There is a 10 minutes walk to go to the guard house there to ask for help to remove it... AND SUDDENLY!! It was raining so HEAVILY when I was on the way heading to the guard house!!! I have to run in the rain to go there and yet, no one can help me as the one who holding the key has gone out and no one knows when he will be back... which means, I HAVE TO WAIT!!! And I have to run back to my car IN THE RAIN again to take the umbrella out then walked to the lobby and wait...

After 15 minutes, I felt that it is not right to wait for someone for no-one-know-how-long... And, it was raining, the person-in-charge WALKED to Sunway Medical Centre, no one knows when he will be back, most probably he will wait until the rain stops... (FYI, when I'm blogging this, it is still raining heavily out there) So I walked to the guard house again to ask for help... Then he asked me to go to the don't what kawalan office... Went there, I get the same answer from them.. Waited for 45 minutes... No one can help me and I don't know what should I do at that moment besides keep on waiting...

Then someone from the room came out and said, they really don't know when their 'head' will be back and suggested that, there's one more way if I don't want to wait, which is to pay RM50 and they will get the key from the management office... To pay or To wait?? Finally, I chose to pay, and they gave me a receipt... (as if I can claim it back)

Some says I shouldn't pay... But if they have a receipt for me, then I think this is really one of their procedure... right??

Morale of the story: Never park your car at unauthorised parking space...

One thing to mention,
One of my colleague from Penang knew that I went to the condo alone, he purposely called and asked me to be careful... So caring and sweet of him... Hehe...

See, sometimes just a little thing like this, always able to make people (at least me) feel sweet...
